Contracts Manager,  Empowered Official for Exports, & Compliance Officer – Process owner for contract review, ensuring all appropriate departments review and approve orders and quotes. Directly responsible for review of terms and conditions, regulatory clauses, payment terms, and other documents. Guide proposal development, cost and pricing for complex technical programs. Negotiate multi-year, multi-delivery, multi-million dollar contracts (3-5 years and up to $35M). Draft and review confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, sub contract agreements, consulting and services agreements, licensing agreements, and customer terms and conditions.
